Job summary

Senior Solutions (Senior Solutions At Home, Inc.) is seeking a part-time Caregiver in Pulaski, TN to provide compassionate non-medical support in clients’ homes or residential settings. Role Description

This part-time, on-site Caregiver role is based in Pulaski, TN and focuses on providing compassionate, non-medical support to senior clients in their homes or residential settings. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and light housekeeping. The Caregiver helps with meal preparation, basic nutrition support, errands, and non-emergency transportation to appointments or community activities. The role also involves offering companionship, monitoring client well-being, reporting changes in condition to care management staff, and following individualized care plans. Caregivers are expected to maintain clear documentation, uphold safety and infection control procedures, and communicate respectfully with clients, families, and team members.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity when working with diverse senior populations, including veterans.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior caregiving, home care, or healthcare-related experience is preferred.

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to meet any applicable background check and reference requirements.
