Job summary

Senior Solutions Home Care in Fairview, TN is seeking compassionate caregivers for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles to provide one-on-one, non-medical in-home care. You will help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Shifts range 2–12 hours, with flexible scheduling, competitive pay starting at $16.00/hour plus premium opportunities for nights and CNA designations. You’ll receive paid training, travel time, and benefits as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Second form of identification for employment eligibility.
• Reliable transportation.
• Smartphone for scheduling, time tracking and communication.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful conversations.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders and mobility assistance.
• Transportation and errands as needed.
• Offer compassionate, respectful support to maintain client dignity.

Pay & Earning Potential

Starting Base Rate: $16.00 per hour

Earn Even More With Premium Pay Opportunities

+$1 per hour Shift Differential for Hours Worked

• Monday - Thursday from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM
• Friday 10:00 PM through Monday 5:00 AM

+$1 per hour CNA Premium

• Active TN CNA Certification

Unlike Facilities, Senior Solutions Home Care Provides One-on-one Care In Our Clients' Homes. Because Every Client Has Different Needs, Schedules Are Built Around

Shifts range between 2 to 12 hours, and you may care for one or multiple clients a day and/or throughout the week.

Home Care is always evolving, which means schedules may change as clients' needs change.
