Job summary

Sun Terrace Prosser is seeking compassionate caregivers to assist our senior residents in daily well-being, including personal services, medication assistance, and social activities.

We are hiring for various shifts. CNA or HCA license required; prior caregiving experience preferred. Report to the wellness director and contribute to a safe, home-like environment.

Qualifications

• Follow the resident service plan including assistance, bathing, grooming, administering medication, and other ADLs, noting changes in resident condition.
• Communicate problems, concerns, and issues with resident apartments, buildings, and grounds with an appropriate team member.
• Maintain a clean, neat, comfortable, and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Demonstrate knowledge of and follow infection control procedures.
• Comply with regulatory standards and OSHA guidelines, and incident reporting guidelines.

You Currently

• Preferred candidates have six months of experience in senior caregiving. If new to healthcare, we will train.
