Job summary

Health Here is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community-based settings. You will assist with personal care, help participants work toward daily goals, and build trusting relationships to promote independence.

You will collaborate with a supportive team, handle a variety of activities, and contribute to a stable, growth-oriented work environment. A valid driver’s license is required, and full benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behavior.
• Valid driver’s license and access to insured vehicle.
