Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is seeking experienced caregivers to provide non-clinical in-home care to health plan members and private clients in your area. Set your availability in the CareLinx app and get matched to clients that fit your schedule and goals.

Upon onboarding, you'll work with the CarePartner team to secure the right matches based on location and client needs. The best caregivers build consistent schedules, stay engaged in the app, and communicate proactively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience or relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent).
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app (required for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets).
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers encouraged to apply).
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
• Must pass a background check.
• Program-specific training and medical clearance may be required by state law or client contract.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping.
• Complete and document care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Communicate case updates or client changes with your CarePartner.
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and well-being; ensure a safe environment.
• Additional shift opportunities: transportation and errands, hospital discharge escort, and Telehealth navigation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Core responsibilities for all caregivers:

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required qualifications:

Minimum 6 months ofcaregiving experience, OR relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent)

Accessto a smartphone capable of running theCareLinxapp (requiredfor scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)

Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)

Reliable transportation to and from client homes

Must pass a background check

Program-specific requirements (may apply depending on assignment):

Completion of program-specific training prior to accepting shifts

Medical clearance such as TB test, physical exam, or drug screening

Valid driver's license and MVR check if accepting driving shifts

Additionaldocumentation may berequiredbased on state law or client contract
