Lakeside Generations Assisted Living

is looking for Caregivers who want to advance their career! Work as a Caregiver while receiving Free Advanced Caregiver Training. If interested, we will contact you about next steps!

As a Caregiver at Lakeside Generations Assisted Living, you will help maintain high standards in delivering nursing services to our residents. This position is ideal for someone who truly wants to make a difference in the lives of others. We seek individuals who are team players and comfortable working independently.

Position Details:

• Type: Part-Time
• Shifts Available: Evenings 3:30 PM - 9:00 PM or 2:15 PM - 10:15 PM
• Shift Differential: $1.00 for PM shifts
• Wage Range: $17.50 - $23.55/hour depending on experience
• Location: 439 William Avenue East, Dassel MN 55325

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Help residents reach and maintain independence while assisting with personal care and daily activities.
• Assist with personal care such as hair washing, bathing, nail and foot care, and medication administration.
• Wash resident clothing, make beds, and clean the environment.
• Document services on computerized charting system.
• Perform delegated nursing or therapy procedures.
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical and emotional conditions.
• Assist with body positioning, transfers, therapeutic exercises, and range of motion activities.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Home Health Aide, Personal Care Attendant, or CNA preferred, but we will train you!
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Ability to stand and walk most of the time.
