Job summary

Home Instead is hiring compassionate caregivers to support older adults in the community. You will provide non-medical in-home care, assist with daily living activities, and help clients maintain independence with dignity and compassion.

This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates as well as those with elder-care experience. Daytime shifts are preferred, with some weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of personal or professional care experience.
• Entry-level candidates encouraged; paid training available.
• Prior experience as a Caregiver, HHA, PCA, DSP (Direct Support Professional), or Companion preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal care, transfers, bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Perform light housekeeping and home care tasks.
• Assist with meal preparation and nutrition support.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Support safety monitoring and fall prevention.
• Document care activities as required.

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and compassionate people interested in becoming a Caregiver / Home Health Aide to provide non-medical in-home care for seniors. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates as well as individuals with experience in elder care, assisted living, or home care. Caregivers work one-on-one with clients to support daily living activities, promote independence, enhance quality of life, and allow them to meet the challenges of aging with dignity and compassion.

Preference for candidates with availability for daytime shifts. Some weekend availability required.

Pay Range

• Ranges from $16 to $20/hour. Minimum starting rate of $16.00/hour on weekdays and $17.00/hour on weekends
• Time and a half for overtime and company holidays
