Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare in Pekin, IL is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide in-home personal care and support per an established plan of care. You will assist with daily activities, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship in clients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Capable of handling confidential information responsibly.
• Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Prepare meals and adhere to special diets as prescribed.
• Perform general housekeeping tasks in clients’ homes.
• Provide transportation assistance to appointments and activities.
• Offer compassionate companionship and support to patients.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
