Job summary

Home Instead is seeking caring professionals to join our team as Care Professionals in the SE Houston area, including Pasadena. You will provide compassionate, in-home care to aging adults, building strong relationships with Clients and their families.

We offer competitive hourly wages, full-time and part-time options, and flexible scheduling. Training is paid, and shifts start immediately to help you get to work quickly while making a meaningful impact in the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home care for seniors preferred.
• Strong communication with clients and families.
• Flexible scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective communication with Clients, their family members, and co-workers.
• Provide personalized in-home support to senior Clients.
• Help Clients with all personal care needs.
• Help keep Clients' environment clean and organized.
• Remind Client to take self-administered medications.

Care Pro Responsibilities

Home Instead is looking for caring and compassionate Care Professionals (Care Pros) and CNAs to join our team and our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout the community. We are looking to grow our team of Care Pros who are dedicated to working a higher number of weekly hours.

We have work throughout SE Houston area including Pasadena, Pearland, Deer Park, Clear Lake and Friendswood . Home Instead provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.
