CIMA Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver for Meredith Court in Pampa, TX. This full-time role offers compassionate, hands-on support for residents in assisted living, focusing on daily living activities and safety. We provide flexible shift options (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM; 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM; 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) and competitive hourly pay of $15.00–$17.00, with credit for experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older (required)
• 1 year of experience in senior living (preferred)
• All employees are required to adhere to company dress code. Please note that the cost associated is the responsibility of the employee and are not provided by CIMA.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on support to residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance
• Ensure residents' safety and comfort while promoting dignity and independence
• Monitor residents for changes in physical or cognitive condition, document care provided, and communicate effectively with nurses, family members, and other team members
• Engage residents in activities that promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being
