Job summary

Right at Home is hiring caregivers in Palo Alto, CA. The role involves helping clients with daily living tasks, meals, and personal care, while promoting safety and independence in the home.

We offer flexible shifts (mornings, days, overnights), part-time and full-time options, and competitive pay with overtime. Training, benefits, and a supportive team are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three months professional caregiving experience.
• Active Home Care Aid (HCA) registration.
• Recent TB test with proof of results.
• Ability to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance (preferred; required for live-in).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, meal prep, personal hygiene and transfers.
• Provide medication reminders and support safety during daily routines.
