Job summary

Right at Home is seeking caregivers, CNAs, and home health aides in the Nashville area to provide compassionate, hands-on support for clients. We offer flexible scheduling and a supportive work environment with options for full or part-time shifts, including weekends, mornings, afternoons, and overnights.

Benefits include pay starting at $15–$17 per hour with weekly pay, weekend differential, health insurance and dental options, paid training, and a referral bonus program.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• HS Diploma/GED Equivalent
• Authorized to work in the US
• Driver's license with vehicle
• 1 year of caregiving experience preferred
• Lift/Transfer experience a plus
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Our caregivers provide compassionate hands-on support to clients by assisting them with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, mobility, medication reminders, transportation, and companionship.
