Job summary

Right at Home is hiring compassionate caregivers in California to support clients with daily living activities, meals, and personal care. You will work mornings, days, or overnight shifts in part-time or full-time roles with flexible scheduling and bi-weekly pay options.

We offer paid training, medical/vision/dental benefits, a 4% company match 401k, referral bonuses, and recognition rewards. A valid HCA registration and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Three or more months of professional caregiving experience.
• Active Home Care Aid (HCA) registration.
• Recent TB test with proof of results.
• Ability to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance (preferred; required for live-in positions).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Personal hygiene assistance and transfers.
• Medication reminders and errands.
• Collaborate with clients and families.
