Charter Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver / Resident Care Associate to join our team in providing exceptional, person-centered care to residents in assisted living and memory care settings. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor wellbeing, and build meaningful relationships.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiver, CNA, PCA, HHA, or senior living experience preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient demeanor.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Support resident care plans and individualized needs.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, dressing, grooming, and bathing.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition.
• Document care and services provided.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and community leadership.
• Help create meaningful experiences for residents each day.

A Day in the Life

As a Caregiver, you are one of the main support providers for our residents and play a vital role in helping them maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Caregivers provide hands-on support to residents within our Assisted Living and/or Memory Care neighborhoods while building meaningful relationships through compassionate care and daily interaction.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, working as part of a team, and making a difference every day.
