Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support residents with daily activities and personal care. You will follow individualized care plans, promote safety and dignity, and engage residents through meaningful interactions and activities.

This on-site role partners with families and care leaders to ensure high-quality care in a warm environment. The position emphasizes ongoing training, potential career growth, and a supportive team dedicated to enhancing residents’ quality

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

What We’re Looking For

Pay Range

15.50 - 19.40
