Job summary

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a caring and dependable caregiver or CNA to support a client at home. The role focuses on personal care, hygiene, dressing, daily routines, light housekeeping, and meal preparation to keep the home comfortable.

You will also provide companionship and may drive to visits. Applicants must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and be able to lift 50 lbs while passing background and drug screening.

Qualifications
