Job summary

Azura Memory Care in Oak Creek is hiring caregivers. Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available across 7:00 AM–3:15 PM, 3:00 PM–11:15 PM, and 11:00 PM–7:15 AM. Join a family-owned community that values compassion, connection, and purpose while you support residents with daily living activities and meaningful companionship.

No experience? Paid training is provided. Eligible team members can access tuition reimbursement up to $5,000, health insurance, PTO, a 401(k) with company match,

Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:15 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:15 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:15 AM

Consistent Scheduling

Full-Time: 3–4 days per week plus every other weekend

Part-Time: 1–2 days per week plus every other weekend

What You'll Do

As a Caregiver, you will:
