Job summary

Viva Senior Living is seeking a compassionate caregiver to support residents with daily living activities, meals, and social engagement. You will observe changes in health, provide companionship, and help maintain comfort and independence in a respectful environment.

Ideal candidates have a caring nature, strong communication skills, and the ability to follow care plans. Prior caregiving experience is preferred, with basic first aid/CPR knowledge or willingness to obtain certification.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and caring persona in daily interactions.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients and team.
• Ability to interpret and follow individual care plans accurately.
• Prior caregiving or healthcare experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of first aid; CPR certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and movement.
