Job summary

Caring Senior Service is seeking experienced caregivers and CNAs to support seniors in their homes across Horry County, including Longs and Aynor. You will provide compassionate care and help with daily activities.

This role offers flexible schedules, ongoing training, competitive pay, and a supportive team. A valid driver’s license and own insured vehicle are preferred, and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience caring for seniors or adults with disabilities.
• Compassionate, patient, and able to build rapport with clients and families.
• Valid driver's license and own insured vehicle; able to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help with meal preparation and planning nutritious meals.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with medication reminders and monitor health conditions.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment.
• Accompany clients to appointments and support activities for health.

Job Description: As a caregiver at Caring Senior Service, you will play a vital role in supporting seniors in their daily activities and ensuring their well-being. We are seeking caregivers to services clients throughout Horry County, SC.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Helping with meal preparation and planning nutritious meals.
• Providing companionship and emotional support to enhance social interaction.
• Assisting with medication reminders and monitoring health conditions.
• Performing light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean-living environment.
• Accompanying clients to appointments and engaging in activities that promote mental and physical health.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of professional or private experience working with the elderly or adults with disabilities.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Valid driver's license and own insured car.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
• Ability to work in the US and pass a background check.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and assist clients safely
• Ability to lift and transfer clients when necessary
• Ability to perform household tasks and transportation duties
