Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Little Rock is seeking a caring Caregiver to support clients at home, helping with daily living activities and promoting independence.

You will join a dedicated team, receive flexible scheduling, same-day pay, direct deposit, paid orientation and ongoing training, and recognition programs as you build trusted relationships with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help clients with hobbies, exercise, and other activities to promote mental and physical well-being.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping as needed.
• Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the care team.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care and support.
