Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Little Rock is seeking a caring Caregiver to support clients in their homes, helping with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, so they can maintain independence and quality of life.

You will join a dedicated team, receive paid orientation and ongoing training, flexible scheduling, same-day pay, direct deposit, and time-and-a-half for overtime and holidays, with client assignments matched near your area and a supportive office staff.

Qualifications

• Compassion, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Help clients with hobbies, exercise, and other activities to promote mental and physical well-being
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping as needed
• Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the care team
• Develop strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care and support
