Companions & Homemakers is hiring caregivers to provide non-medical home care across Connecticut. You will follow individualized plans of care, transport clients to activities, assist with daily tasks, and offer companionship to seniors in various service areas.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check. Flexible scheduling and ongoing training are available with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Open availability preferred.
• Experience as a Caregiver, HHA, CNA, PCA, or Companion is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide non-medical home care following each client's Plan of Care.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and grocery shopping.
• Assist with dressing, bathing, mobility, and incontinence care.
• Be a steady, caring presence—offering companionship and emotional support.
• Document care and provide reminders as directed.

Your Day-to-Day
