What You Will Do:

You will help implement personalized care plans that support the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. You will treat clients like family, going above and beyond to enhance their quality of life.

Essential Functions:

• Deliver exceptional care in clients' homes
• Assist with personalized weekly schedules and care plans
• Perform daily tasks safely and professionally (ADLs)
• Provide companionship and social/emotional support
• Assist with personal care, mobility, incontinence, light housekeeping, and meals
• Maintain safety, order, and client enjoyment
• Transport clients as needed
• Document care activities and report changes in client condition

We match caregivers with clients based on requirements, availability, and skills, and offer training for those new to caregiving or seeking to develop skills.
