Community Horizons in Neenah, WI seeks a compassionate caregiver to support medically fragile children in a family setting. You will provide hands-on care, baths, tube feeding, dressing, and morning school prep, building trust and stability in a home that deeply values its caregivers.
This role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and experience with children; G-tube experience is a plus. Training is provided by the family to ensure you feel confident and prepared.
A remarkable family in the Neenah area is searching for a compassionate, dependable caregiver to support their medically fragile children. You'll provide hands on care, create stability in the home, and support a family that deeply values the people who help care for their children.
Schedule: 1 Child 6AM-8AM Monday-Friday or 2 Children Fridays: 6:00 AM 4:00 PM Thursdays: 12:30 PM 4:00 PM Pay: $18/hour.
Begin the morning at 6:00 AM, helping two wonderful children start their day with bathing, tube feeding, dressing, and preparing for school. They leave for school around 8:00 AM. Provide one on one care to their sweet, affectionate younger brother, who is awaiting a transplant this summer. You'll support him as he works toward speaking, engage him in simple learning and play activities, and assist with his daily care needs. Maintain a clean, organized environment by tidying the playroom, organizing belongings, and managing medical supplies. Welcome the children home after school and help them settle in for the afternoon.
Have reliable transportation and Driver's license. Experience with children. Experience with a G-Tube a plus.
You will receive thorough training from Mom and Dad. They are hands on, supportive teachers who want you to feel confident and prepared.
