Job summary

Amada Senior Care in Oceanside, CA is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care with weekly pay and flexible shifts. Trainings and growth opportunities are offered, with support from a caring office team.

Positions include full-time or part-time options, competitive pay, and benefits. You’ll build relationships with clients, assist with daily living activities, and help ensure safety and well-being in the home.

Qualifications

• 1 year of caregiving experience is required.
• Registered on California’s Home Care Aide Registry.
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships through companionship and care.
• Assist with personal care needs such as bathing, grooming, dressing, etc.
• Support daily living activities like meal prep, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders and transportation if needed.
• Monitor health changes and report updates to our care team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• A passion for caring for others
• Physical ability to assist clients and lift up to 24 lbs
