Job summary

Generations Home Care is seeking caregivers in Mesa/Tempe to provide compassionate, reliable in-home support. Ideal candidates own a vehicle, hold a valid driver’s license and have 2+ years of caregiving experience, enabling flexible shifts across the Phoenix area.

Open shifts range from short 2-hour blocks to 12-hour assignments. On-boarded caregivers will receive ongoing training, scheduling support, sick pay, direct deposit, and access to a rewards program.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience required (2+ years).
• Caring, compassionate and warm personality.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall client care and client experience.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and homemaking tasks.
• Assist with transfers and ambulation.
• Record visits in the on-line app.

Pay ranges from $18.00 - $19.00 per hour for caregivers and $19.00-$20.00 per hour for CNAs.

We also have other Shifts to Fill in the Phoenix area!!

Open positions could range from 2 hour Short Shifts, all the way up to to 12 Hour Shifts.

On-board with us and we will message out all of our open shifts so you can see your options.

We service the entire Maricopa County.

Responsibilities:

• Overall Client Care and Client Experience
• Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL's)
• Assistance with Homemaking Tasks
• Assistance with Transfers and Ambulation
• Clock in and out of Shift via our on-line App
• Documentation of Visit in our on-line App

Qualifications:

• Caring, Compassionate and Warm Friendly Personality
• Must have 2 Plus Years of Proven Professional Caregiving Experience
• Caregiver, Direct Care Worker, (DCW), Direct Support Professional (DSP), Family Caregiver or Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Current CPR, 1st Aid and Proof of Negative TB
• Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Be Able to Pass a Background Check
• Be Able to Lift 25 Pounds or More
• Own a reliable vehicle
