Job summary

Right at Home Renton is seeking a Caregiver (CNA/HCA) for daytime and morning shifts across Renton Highlands, Maple Valley, Black Diamond and Ravensdale. You will provide companionship, mobility support, meals, hydration, and medication reminders to clients in their homes.

Responsibilities include light housekeeping and driving clients to appointments. Competitive hourly pay, travel reimbursement, and ongoing training are offered to help you grow in your caregiving career.

Qualifications

• Must be a Washington Home Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or enrolled in an HCA/CNA training program.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Comfortable working 4–6 hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Build trust through companionship, conversation, and meaningful activities.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and gentle exercise.
• Prepare meals and encourage hydration.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help with light housekeeping.
• Drive clients to appointments, errands, and outings.

$21.30 to $25.00 per hour. Paid every week.
$0.70 per mile when you drive a client.

Paid travel time between clients.
Morning and Daytime hours.
