Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $17.00/hr

Up to $500 Sign On Bonus!*

Schedules Available:

• 6:30 AM - 10:30 AM / 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, varying hours, five (5) days per work week, including weekends & holidays
• 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, varying hours, five (5) days per work week, including weekends & holidays

Momentum is hiring a Caregiver / Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support disabled individuals with daily living needs in group home residential and/or adult day program settings. As a Caregiver / DSP, you will support people with their physical, emotional, and social needs, focusing on the person first. Essential Responsibilities (Residential):

• Assist with personal care, including dressing, bathing, toileting, and hygiene
• Assist with meal prep, laundry, and cleaning tasks
• Assist with medication passing, including high medical needs (e.g., G-tube feeding)
• Assist with mobility (beds, wheelchairs, vehicles)
• Support activities of interest, such as outings and community events
• Provide direct support and perform related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid California driver’s license (highly preferred)
• Med-Tech or medication passing experience (required)
• Experience with developmentally disabled individuals (preferred)
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Successful completion of background, drug, health, TB screening, and proof of work eligibility
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks

CNAs and Med-Techs are encouraged to apply! Sign-on bonuses paid in two installments: after 90 days and after 6 months of employment in good standing.
