JOB DESCRIPTION

The Enriched Hearts Home Care team is actively hiring dependable and professional in-home caregivers, with immediate openings for full and part-time positions, on-call, and floating shifts, offering flexible hours. We provide competitive pay ranging from $18 to $23 per hour, guaranteed annual pay increases, and opportunities for career growth. Additionally, we offer employee incentives and rewards for excellent customer service.

We seek both male and female caregivers who are flexible and available for shifts between 4-12 hours as needed. Weekend availability is a plus, with bonus pay available.

The ideal candidate is reliable, caring, compassionate, and genuinely interested in improving the lives of those we serve. Candidates should have caregiving experience, strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care is preferred.

Requirements

• California Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration, TB Clearance, LiveScan
• Pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Valid Driver’s License, proof of insurance, car registration
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, twist, kneel, reach
• English proficiency (speaking, reading, writing)
• Valid CPR certification
• Complete onboarding training upon hiring
• Minimum age 18+

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks: bathing, grooming, dressing, light housekeeping
• Support mobility: bed or wheelchair transfers
• Provide medication reminders for self-administration
• Prepare meals and nutritional support
• Light housekeeping: laundry, dishes
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Transport clients to appointments and activities
• Assist clients with Alzheimer's and Dementia
• Keep records and report changes to supervisors
• Follow care plans and instructions
