Job description

As a Resident Care Partner, you'll be more than just a caregiver – you'll be a friend and family member to our residents. You'll provide direct care assistance, ensuring their comfort, safety, and happiness.

Responsibilities

• Spread happiness through general housekeeping duties, keeping residents' living spaces clean, safe, and tidy.
• Plan and engage in leisure activities, fostering socialization and friendship among residents.
• Team up with the Dining Services Department to assist with associated tasks.
• Provide assistance or reminders with activities of daily living, including grooming, oral hygiene, bath/shower, hair cleaning and brushing, and transferring to and from activities and meals, as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (preferred) or equivalent certificate, with a competent history in a similar facility.
• Valid First Aid Certifications may be required according to state regulations.
• Based on state requirement – possession of a Certified Nursing Assistant Certification, state certifications, and successful completion of examination and/or skills evaluation (as required).
• Willingness to meet requirements for continuing education and maintain all necessary license(s).
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with residents and team members.
