Job summary

CareBuilders at Home in the United States is seeking empathetic and reliable Caregivers to provide companionship and everyday support to clients in their homes. You will assist with daily living activities, coordinate with families, and help maintain independence with dignity, while following care plans and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiver experience is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Physical ability to assist with mobility and light household tasks; valid driver’s license if required.
• Must pass a drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behavior; ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
