Job summary

CareBuilders at Home in Knoxville, TN is seeking empathetic and reliable Caregivers to provide companionship and assistance with daily living in clients’ homes.

You will help with personal care, mobility, meal prep, medication reminders where applicable, and light housekeeping, while reporting changes in health or behavior and ensuring a safe, respectful environment.

Prior caregiving experience is welcome but not required; we value compassion, reliability, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Physical ability to assist with mobility and light household tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required).
• Must pass background check.
• Must maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company privacy policies.
