CareBuilders at Home – West Knoxville TN is seeking empathetic caregivers to provide assistance and companionship to individuals who need help with daily activities in their homes.

You will support clients with personal care, mobility and light housekeeping while maintaining dignity and respect. A reliable schedule, strong communication, and a patient, compassionate nature are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and empathetic attitude.

• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Physical ability to assist with mobility and light household tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required).
• Must pass background check.
• HIPAA and privacy compliance awareness.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a caregiver preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Physical ability to assist with mobility and perform light household tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required)
• Must pass background check.
• Must maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company privacy policies.
