Job summary

HomeWell Care Services is seeking caring companions to assist seniors in the Temple, Belton, Killeen, Fort Hood, and surrounding areas. You will provide companionship and help clients stay safe and comfortable at home, working with families to maintain independence.

Qualifications

• 1 year of professional caregiving experience in home or senior care
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work varying shifts
• Physically able to perform caregiving duties
• Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable

• Provide companionship to clients

RESPONSIBILITIES

With dignity, compassion, and care, your duties include, but not limited to:

• Companionship


• Provide assistance with ADL's such as bathing, grooming and toileting etc


• Provide assistance with IADL's such as meal prep, housekeeping, transportation, etc


• Possible minor pet care

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience in home care, senior care, assisted living, or a related setting


• Exceptional communication skills


• Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s license are required, as caregivers must be able to travel reliably to clients’ homes for scheduled shifts.


• Available to work different shifts as needed.


• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position


• Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable


• Servicing Temple, Belton, Killeen, Fort Hood, Copperas Cove, Harker Heights, Salado, Cameron and Rockdale locations
