About the Role:

We are seeking a caregiver or CNA. Our office is in the Memorial area which you will come to if you are offered an interview. It will be a part time position - days.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (including but not limited to bathing, incontinent care)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Medication reminders
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Document patient care and report any changes in health status
• Transporting patients to Doctor's appointments or local errands such as grocery shopping

Requirements:

• Prior experience in care giving or healthcare setting for at least 1 of professional experience that can be verified
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
• Current Tb (tuberculosis) vaccination must have prior to working
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
