Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of NW Atlanta is seeking compassionate CNAs and PCAs to provide non-medical care to clients in Cobb, Douglas, and Paulding Counties. You will offer companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders while building trusting relationships with clients and families.

We provide industry-leading training, paid orientation, overtime pay, flexible schedules, and a caregiver rewards program.

Qualifications

• Have or willing to acquire CPR/First Aid certification and evidence of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) test
• Georgia Background Check Program / Fingerprinting
• A valid driver's license and means of transportation (a reliable car with proof of insurance/registration is preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagements
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Assist with personal care, dressing, grooming, and transferring in and out of bed or chairs
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
