Job summary

Caring for Others is seeking caregivers to provide companionship, meals, and basic support to seniors in the community. You will work with a team that values heart-led care, ensuring residents receive dignified, personal attention and consistent routines.

Roles include day, evening, night, and weekend shifts with paid training, certifications, and opportunities for advancement. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and offer comprehensive benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• 18+ with a valid license and reliable, insured transportation
• Pass a background check
• Visit and support multiple Clients as needed
• Caregiving, CNA, DSP, DSW, bilingual, or senior care experience (a plus, not required)
• Ability to work Day Shifts, Evening, NOC or Overnight Shifts, Weekend Shifts

We are hiring for multiple caregiver opportunities, including Day, Evening, Night (NOC), and Overnight shifts, as well as Weekend, Bilingual, CNA, and Lead Caregiver roles. Caregivers are based out of Medford, Grants Pass, Roseburg, Ashland, Jacksonville, White City, Myrtle Creek, Canyonville, Cave Junction, Eagle Point, Talent, and Phoenix.
