All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support tailored to each client's needs. You will assist with daily activities, provide companionship, and help maintain independence and dignity in the comfort of clients' homes.

The role emphasizes reliability, clear communication, and compliance with safety and privacy standards. Eligible candidates must have a valid driver's license, current CPR, and pass a background check; training opportunities and benefits

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• 6 months experience as a Caregiver (Professional or Familial).
• CNA/HHA Certification or successful completion of HHA Competency Test (Given by AWC).
• Current CPR Certification.
• Level 2 Background Check through AHCA.
• TB Clearance Per State Regulations.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
