No Worries Care in Washington is expanding our caregiving team and hiring now to provide one-on-one, in-home support for health and personal care.

We welcome caregivers without certification, with training available to grow into the role; prior experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes or hospice helps you succeed, and flexible schedules are offered across full-time, part-time, weekend, and overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

No Worries Care is expanding our caregiving team and hiring now. We provide one‑on‑one, in‑home support to clients who need help with health and personal care.

While a CNA or HCA credential is our preference, it's not required to apply. Caregivers without certification are welcome — we'll work with you on training so you can grow into the role.

A day in this role includes: supporting bathing/dressing/grooming/mobility; medication reminders per care plan; meal prep for dietary needs; assisting clients with dementia/Alzheimer's/cognitive challenges; lift equipment for safe transfers; noting and reporting condition changes; light housekeeping; accurate documentation; encouraging activity/social engagement; and CPR/first aid/infection-control protocols.

What helps you succeed: prior experience in home care/assisted living/nursing homes/hospice; steady observant approach to client health; gentle ADL hand; familiarity with medication reminders and care planning; dementia/arthritis/mobility experience; clear warm communication; physical ability to assist with transfers; CPR/First Aid (preferred, training available); HIPAA/confidentiality grasp; comfort with diverse clients.
