Job summary

Sevita is seeking caregivers to provide community-based support to individuals with disabilities. You’ll assist with daily living, help participants pursue personal goals, and build meaningful relationships under supportive supervision. The role offers $17 per hour, full benefits, paid time off, and growth opportunities.

We value compassion, reliability, and teamwork. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are preferred to support community activities and participant involvement.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants pursue personal goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
