Job summary

Sevita in the United States is seeking compassionate caregivers to support individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in community settings. As part of a mission-driven team, you’ll help with daily living, foster meaningful relationships, and encourage participants to lead more independent lives.

The role emphasizes patience, reliability, and the ability to manage caregiver responsibilities, including personal hygiene support, behavior management, and helping participants

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills/Behaviors: Communication, adaptability, teamwork, patient and reliable.
