Job summary

Village Caregiving, a reputable in-home care company located in Franklin, Tennessee, is seeking a CAREGIVER to join our team. As a CAREGIVER, you will provide direct patient care in the patient's home, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for the patient.

This is an individual contributor role that requires a compassionate, responsible, and dedicated individual. This position offers flexible shifts (7am-12pm or 4pm-9pm, Mon-Fri) with weekend and holiday availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous healthcare experience, preferably in-home care.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Must pass a background check.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Help residents with mobility by transferring and positioning them safely
• Record and maintain accurate documentation of residents' care and daily activities
• Assist with feeding residents and providing hydration
• Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and healthcare team members

• MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS AS NEEDED!!
• Pay Rate: $16-18/Hour
• Paid Training, including CPR Certification
