Job summary

Franklin Place Memory Care seeks compassionate caregivers to support residents in assisted living. Under general supervision, you will assist with personal care and protection, providing the right level of care to promote independence.

We offer PTO from day one, paid sick time, medical/dental/vision, wellness program, 401k, and a supportive team. CBRF certification is required; a positive, growth-oriented environment is provided.

Qualifications

• CBRF certification is required.
• Experience in memory care is preferred.
• Able to provide personal care and support to residents.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Maintains safety and well-being of residents.
• Fosters meaningful relationships and promotes independence for residents.
