Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Minimum 1 year of related healthcare experience.
• Ability to complete required state dementia training for position.

• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Provide compassionate, personalized care.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Communicate daily with Resident Services team to support continuity of care.
• Promote safety for residents, visitors, and employees.
• Support operations and programming within Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods.

What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, laundry, mobility, and incontinence care
• Provide compassionate, personalized care
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow resident service plans
• Communicate daily with Resident Services team to support continuity of care
• Promote safety for residents, visitors, and employees
• Support operations and programming within Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods
• Additional responsibilities as outlined in the full job description
