homeRN Franklin - In-Home Caregiver

homeRN Franklin is seeking compassionate personal caregivers to join our team, providing exceptional in-home care tailored to each client's needs, from companionship to full-time assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Remind clients to take medications as prescribed
• Aid with personal hygiene and bathroom assistance
• Assist with meal preparation (light cooking)
• Document client progress and report health or behavioral changes
• Optional: Provide transportation for clients

Qualifications

• Experience is a plus but not required
• Review individualized care plans and routines before shifts
• Receive 1:1 training from a registered nurse on initial shifts
• Weekly pay, paid on-call shifts, and bonuses for same-day shifts
• Caregiver of the Month recognition
• Stable and predictable scheduling

Pay Range

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
