Job summary

Azura of Fox Point is seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers for full-time and part-time positions at our Wisconsin memory care community.

No previous caregiving experience or CBRF certification is required; we provide paid training, a consistent work location with no travel between client homes, and strong benefits including health insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and tuition reimbursement up to $5,000.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care.
• Able to assist residents with mobility and transfers.
• Available to work every other weekend.
• Able to complete required caregiver background and health screenings.
• No previous caregiving experience or CBRF certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals.
• Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support.
• Help residents participate in meaningful daily activities.
• Observe and communicate changes in residents' needs.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment.
• Work closely with fellow Team Members to provide compassionate memory care.

Azura of Fox Point is hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers for full-time and part-time positions.

No previous caregiving experience or CBRF certification is required. We provide paid training and the support you need to succeed.

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:15 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:15 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM to 7:15 AM

Scheduling

• Part-time: 1 to 2 shifts per week, plus every other weekend
• Full-time: 3 to 4 shifts per week, plus every other weekend

What You Will Do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals
• Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
• Help residents participate in meaningful daily activities
