Job summary

Azura Living in Wisconsin is seeking an Assistant Executive Director to lead daily operations and support exceptional long-term care. This role partners closely with the Regional Director to drive quality team engagement and resident satisfaction while creating a positive experience for residents, families and staff.

Qualifications

• Healthcare leadership experience in long-term care (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred where applicable.
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.
