Job summary

ComForCare Home Care is seeking caregivers to provide in-home care, companionship, and basic needs support to clients in Fort Worth, Texas. This role involves helping clients stay independent at home, assisting with personal care, mobility, meals, and daily tasks while building meaningful relationships with families.

The position offers flexible shifts, ongoing training, performance-based bonuses, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive team committed to client safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid CNA license.
• CPR and First Aid certificates.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift ≥50 lbs and perform mobility assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent at home.
• Provide assistance with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and ROM exercises.
• Meal planning, preparation and feeding.
• Properly manage household needs.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
• Willing to work flexible shifts.

What we are looking for:

• A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
• Valid CNA License
• Current CPR and First aid certificate
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able to lift minimum 50 lbs. and perform necessary movements
• Experience with Hoyer lift and other mobility assistance devices
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and follow a written Plan of Care/Aide Care Plan
• Previous experience as an at home caregiver or in senior communities is a bonus.

What you will be doing:

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
• Provide assistance with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.
• Properly manage household needs.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
• Willing to work flexible shifts

Shifts:

• PRN shifts options
• 8 hour Morning Shift
• 8 hour Afternoon Shift
• 8 hour Evening Shift

Salary Range:

• $15.00 - $19.00 per hour based on experience
