Job summary

Generations is seeking compassionate caregivers to support residents in daily living activities within our Colorado senior living communities. You will follow individualized care plans, uphold dignity and respect in every interaction, and work closely with leadership to ensure high-quality care and safety.

Qualified applicants may have CNA/HHA certification or be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification, with training provided upon hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification – training is available upon hire.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job description

Caregivers at Montage Creek assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while treating all residents with dignity, respect, and compassion. Caregivers follow resident care plans as directed by community leadership and comply with Federal, State, and Local standards for community operation. Our team incorporates the Generation’s Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others.

Schedule

• Full-time, working Thursdays through Sundays, from 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
• Full-time, working Sundays through Wednesdays, from 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
• Full-time, working Saturdays through Tuesdays, from 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
• 8-Hour shifts
• Weekends needed and holiday availability preferred

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Caregiver is preferred, but not required.
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification – training is available upon hire.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
