Responsibilities:

1. Hands-on Caregiving: Provide direct support to members with disabilities, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene as outlined by the individual service plan. Be comfortable using mobility devices and practicing safe transfer and ambulation techniques.
2. Teach and guide members in achieving their hopes, dreams, goals, and objectives through self-direction, decision-making, and goal setting.
3. Complete all applicable documentation related to tasks assigned.
4. Maintain a safe, sanitary, and welcoming home by performing housekeeping tasks and laundry.
5. Prepare and serve meals following nutritional guidelines and considering individual dietary needs and preferences.
6. Assist and escort members during social and recreational activities, providing necessary physical and other assistance.
